Kie.ai and the MiniMax H3 model process the generation inputs required to create a requested video. Waffo Prompt Sift checks text instructions before generation. Cloud storage infrastructure may store uploaded assets and generated files so the service can deliver them. These providers receive only the information needed for the relevant operation and handle it under their own terms and privacy practices.
4. Photos and generated videos
Upload a real person's photo only when you are that person or have their clear permission. Do not upload sensitive images or information that is not needed for your video. We retain inputs and outputs for the account features they support and may retain technical records for security, fraud prevention and legal compliance. 5. Sharing and security
Your account content is used to provide the service and is not sold as an advertising list. We use access controls, signed storage links and server-side credentials to reduce unauthorized access.
